Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was quiet and accessible, making it optimal for my needs. However, the room I stayed in was above 'The Chaple,' a nightclub within the hotel, which made for a very loud Thursday night experience. The service provided, including the reservation mishap and unfriendly encounters, left much to be desired.
The hotel had beautiful, clean rooms with very comfortable beds and all the expected amenities. However, our stay was affected by the loud noise from the nightclub 'The Chaple' on Thursday night, making it hard to sleep. The service was really polite and attentive, with a range of offerings including room service, dry cleaning, and valet parking. The location was fantastic and optimal, providing quiet accessibility while some minor issues were encountered with staff competence. The dining experience was varied, ranging from poor to delicious offerings, and the facilities were suitable but lacking in some areas.
The hotel room was nice and had all the amenities I needed, but unfortunately, it was above 'The Chaple', which is a nightclub within the hotel, and it was extremely loud on Thursday night, making it difficult to sleep. The room was rather small considering the price. However, it was beautiful, clean, with a very comfortable bed and had all the amenities you'd expect, if not more.
